Penguin Sweaters
A few days ago a reader sent me the link about penguins at the zoo getting exercise. Yesterday the reader’s wife commented with this link here about penguin sweaters. It shows a couple fairy penguins (the smallest penguins) looking cute in some colorful sweaters which are apparently helping absorb oil after they became victims of an oil spill. They say you can even knit these sweaters and send them in yourself to help out. Thanks for the link, I always appreciate people sending in links to penguins (or polar bears) in the news. If you see something, don’t hesitate to drop a note here.

Thanks Koen, the comic appears here and is also syndicated at an edutainment site called Funbrain.com. Hopefully there will be a book collection within the next year or so, after there are enough strips to fill a book. Also, speaking of Funbrain, Wally & Osbourne have taken it by storm today…

Hehe, I find that comic highly amusing. Reminded me highly of the classic Calvin and Hobbes strips where they discuss philosophy while hurtling down a hill in a red wagon or a sled.
