A couple related comics… Spyhopping and Tourists: Orcas and Seals, Oh My!
Yup, that’s a CNN headline and I just had to share.
The new season of Wally & Osborne comics and stories are in production. Subscribe to the RSS feed to stay informed.
That’s right, all new Wally & Osborne comics are in production and on the way. There is not a set date yet, but subscribe to the RSS Feed and stay tuned.
We’ll see you soon.
Aha, how did I miss this?
Just an update to let you know I am not dead. I got busy with a bunch of projects at the beginning of the year and my Wally & Osborne time diminished. I’m just getting all caught up though, so new comics are on the horizon. Wally & Osborne will be returning with an all new look and site. I’m going to be taking some time to get ahead so be patient, check back once in a while or subscribe to the feed.
If you are new to the site, there is the extensive archive to read, I’d suggest starting right at the beginning. If you prefer to get it in daily doses, Wally & Osborne also runs at Funbrain alongside Silent Kimbly and NY Times Bestseller Diary of a Wimpy Kid. They are currently running the classics but will be running the new ones soon.
There are a couple of other surprises in store for Wally & Osborne this year as well, hopefully one will be the book collection.
Also the baby is doing well, he’s 8 months old now, they grow so fast. Fellow cartoonist Dave Kellet just had his first baby recently so I helped him out with a guest comic over at Sheldon today. It’s got me really wanting to get back into the comics.
So stay tooned and I’ll see you soon.
I might be a bit lost. I’m digging my way through a bunch of work and projects I got buried in here… I can’t just squat at a shack in Antarctica like Wally & Osborne, though that’s starting to sound tempting.
Anyway, high-fives to my fellow LOST fans out there, big premiere is on tonight, don’t miss it. We can take a quick trip down memory lane where Wally & Osborne were stranded on an “island”. There are even a couple LOST joke references in that little storyline, it starts here or you can skip ahead to the part where they actually get stranded here.
New comics as soon as I can!
Hope everyone had a nice holiday break. We had friends and family visiting a lot, our new baby was quite the little host.
Wally & Osborne will be back to updating next week but my buddy Ryan Sias of Silent Kimbly is already back to updating after the break and he has a great comic he knew I would love today… it features some ball-point penguins!
See you next week!
Guess who’s back? Wally & Osborne return to the site with fresh new comics starting tomorrow. Rejoice!
Sorry for the hiatus, as you know I had a new baby and we also moved to the mountains. So I got a bit preoccupied with all sorts of life stuff. We got an early winter here too, in November we had a snowstorm come through. Made me think of Wally and Osborne, I think I miss them as much as many of you have expressed, so updates begin again tomorrow. See you then!
I want to congratulate my fellow cartoonist pal Paul Southworth and his wife. They just brought another new little baby boy into the world, William Joseph Southworth. Rhoan has a 6 week head start on him becoming the next great cartoonist, though at over a whopping 10 pounds at birth, little Willy should soon be able to get a good grip on a pencil.
Hey, just wanted to let you guys know I’m not dead. I had that two weeks of jury duty, then not long after that the baby came. I got behind in projects and have had to work like a mad man to get them all done, illustration and website work that I do freelance. The good news is that I’ve gotten all caught up, the bad news is that I’m moving this week and there is lots to do. So once I get settled back in then we’ll get back to updating, I have so many comics written out and can’t wait for the chance to create them.
One of my many projects was actually developing a couple websites for my Lunchbox Funnies buddy Trade Loeffler. Each site is for the comic adventures of his characters, Zip and Li’l Bit. You can read their completed story, The Upside Down Me and then get to reading their brand new adventure… The Sky Kayak. I used my ComicPress theme to create the sites, of Trade’s design, but modified it for some nifty features like zooming of the comic panels, and then being able to navigate in zoomed mode as well as visual archives. Anyway, while I’m finishing getting moved and stuff, go read Zip and Li’l Bit, they are fantastic! And Wally and Osborne will be seeing you again soon.
