Oh, and crude oil is red or orange(occasionally blue or green). Refined oil is black(occasionally white).

Its been almost 3 months scince The Deep Water Horizon exploded. 11 people died, and now, the oil is spreading through the Gulf of Mexico, and harmig and killing a lot of the wildlife and habitits of the ocean, and some marshes and estuaries! A lot of animals are covered in oil! I hope they are able to clean it up soon.
