Whale Storm

When I first did this strip it almost looked like they were underwater watching a whale swim by. But that is in fact a Blue Whale being blown across the land right by them. Judging by his expression I think he also finds it a bit awkward.

Teehee, this kinda reminds me of the “Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” books… (You know, when they trigger the Infinite Improbability Drive and it makes a potted plant and a whale appear in low orbit… :P)

    I like this one though…

I think I know a way they would not look like they are underwater: if you drew the whale in a non-swimming position. Like upsidedown with tail flipped up above his head or something. Anyway, just a thought. I do not want to attempt to teach the master!

the first panel made me wonder but then i saw that the whale was above them and i knew they were’nt underwater.plus the way their standing i would’nt think so either.i am enjoying your comics and am relieved to find some decent comics online.i swear some people are giving webcomics a bad name.
